The shareholders of Peach Property Group AG, a leading property investor and developer of high-quality residential real estate in Switzerland and Germany, approved all proposals with clear majorities at today’s General Meeting. A total of 62.99 percent of the issued share capital was represented at the General Meeting in Zurich.
Dr. Corinne Billeter-Wohlfahrt was elected Chairperson of the Board of Directors. Her predecessor, Dr. Christian Wenger, was appointed a member of the Board, and all other members of the Board nominated for re-election – Peter Bodmer, Dr. Christian De Prati and Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger – were re-elected for further one-year terms of office. Martin Eberhard was elected as a new and thus the sixth member of the Board of Directors.
Furthermore, the General Meeting approved the remuneration report for 2013 and the remuneration model for 2014 in a consultative vote, and elected Dr. Christian De Prati and Martin Eberhard to the Remuneration Committee. The services of auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers AG were also confirmed for a further year. Dr. Daniel Ronzani was appointed as an independent proxy until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
