Knight Frank expands commercial offering into Switzerland


     


Knight Frank the leading independent global property consultancy, has expanded its European operations into Switzerland, aligning with Partner Real Estate AG, an established specialist local real estate advisors, starting from the 1st January 2015.

There will be two co –branded Commercial offices operating from Zurich and Geneva, building on the already established Residential platform of 12 representative offices across the country and in particular, throughout the Swiss Rommande via Naef Prestige.

The business in Zurich will be headed by Abi Pranjes and Urs Kueng, who have worked together for more than twenty years, and will cover the core commercial service lines of investment, valuation, high street retail and global corporate services including tenant representation. Likewise in Geneva, where the business will be headed by Robert Curzon-Price.
